The tandoori oven is found in most of South East Asia and is favoured for cooking healthy options. The food item is marinated in yoghurt, lemon, mustard oil and tandoori spices. The oven itself heats up to 400°c bringing our an aromatic flavour whilst retaining its delicate inner flavours and tenderness. All of these dishes are served with side salad.
